BSB Golf Day

Event Dates:
Tuesday, May 23, 2017

The British Society of Baking has announced the opening of ticket sales for their 2017 Golf Day & Sports Dinner. The event, a favourite of many in the industry, will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd at its new venue: The Mere Golf Resort and Spa in Knutsford, Cheshire.

The event’s organiser, Keith Houliston, said of the new location: “We are very pleased to have secured such a fantastic location for this year’s event. The Mere Resort has a reputation for providing a first-class experience, and the BSB Golf Day will be no different.”

As in previous years, the golf tournament will be in Stableford format, with a shotgun start at 13.00, allowing all players to finish at the same time for a three-course dinner and prize-presentation in the evening, followed by after-dinner entertainment from comedian Gary Marshall.

Non-golfers are also welcome at the event, with bacon rolls and refreshments served from 11:30am, a raffle in the evening and networking opportunities throughout the day. Ticket prices are £125 for golfers, or £40 for dinner only.

We look forward to seeing many new and returning members at this event, and we really do appreciate and value your ongoing support.”
