The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued technical guidance to businesses to ensure that they comply with the new Food Information Regulations that come into force on the 13th December 2014.  From this date all food businesses in the UK have to follow new rules in relation to the information that they communicate to customers on their packagin

As you will be aware, this morning The Smith Commission published its report detailing Heads of Agreement on further devolution of powers to the Scottish Parliament.

The top line summary of the recommendations are as follows:




An online tool has been developed to provide robust dietary data from 11-24 year olds in Scotland. The INTAKE24 tool is designed to be intuitive, engaging and quick and easy for participants to use - the average time taken to complete an INTAKE24 dietary recall is less than 15 minutes.
