Unless other decisions are taken in the interim, the UK is currently set to leave the EU at 11:00pm (UK time) on 31 October.

The BREXIT FOOD HUB website has been developed to assist businesses in planning and preparing for a no-deal exit, in the event that we reach that point without either a Withdrawal Agreement or an extension to the deadline.

It provides quick links to a wide range of official advice and to the expertise of the various UK Food and Agriculture partner organisations listed, who are pooling their resources to provide this support. It is based on a series of Frequently Asked Questions, which will be updated as further information becomes available.

This information applies only to the UK leaving without a Withdrawal Agreement. For as long as the UK remains in the EU, existing rules will continue to apply and companies should not seek to make changes ahead of time. If the UK does leave with a deal, new advice will be issued.
